Delivery Details
We try our best to get the product to you as fast as possible.
All orders are processed within two working days, although we process orders same-day where possible. We also aim to use next day delivery where possible.
Where we are given unconfirmed and unverified details for delivery, we reserve the right not to send parcels until we can contact you and confirm some details.
We normally do not deliver to unconfirmed addresses, so please try to ensure the goods are delivered to the card holders address when paying by credit card.
In the above situation you could pay by Cheque, Postal Orders or direct payment into our business bank account (contact us for details).
MISSED DELIVERIES
Parcel Force:
- If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card - don't worry he will come again the next day.
Once a delivery has been missed you may go and collect you parcel and any item during their opening hours from your local Parcel Force depot, detail of which will be left on a card.
City Link:
- If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card, don't worry he will come again the next day.
- Once a delivery has been missed you may go and collect you parcel at any item during their opening hours from your local Initial City Link depot which will be on the card.
Royal Mail:
We use Royal Mail Services when the parcels are light and strictly use First or Second Class Recorded Mail.
If you miss a delivery then you can arrange another delivery date by contacting your local Royal Mail Holding Depot (details can be found on card left by postman). Or you can collect in person with the card posted through your door.
We do not use Parcel Force when:
- Delivering to islands and highland addresses within the UK. ie Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland. We will normally send via standard parcel service in this case and there may be a surcharge but it depends on the weight of the product.
- The parcel is light and cheaper to send via Royal Mail services. (Recorded)
