MISSED DELIVERIES Parcel Force: If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card - don't worry he will come again the next day. Once a delivery has been missed you may go and collect you parcel and any item during their opening hours from your local Parcel Force depot, detail of which will be left on a card. City Link: If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card, don't worry he will come again the next day. Once a delivery has been missed you may go and collect you parcel at any item during their opening hours from your local Initial City Link depot which will be on the card. Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail Services when the parcels are light and strictly use First or Second Class Recorded Mail. If you miss a delivery then you can arrange another delivery date by contacting your local Royal Mail Holding Depot (details can be found on card left by postman). Or you can collect in person with the card posted through your door. We do not use Parcel Force when: Delivering to islands and highland addresses within the UK. ie Isle of Man, Isle of White, Northern Ireland. We will normally send via standard parcel service in this case and there may be a surcharge but it depends on the weight of the product.
