If the item has been returned to us and found to be faulty we can give you a refund (the price you paid) or we can send you a replacement product free of charge. Please note that it is your responsibility to return goods to us safely.   OR We ask is that you return items in the same condition that they were sent to you, with original packaging and accessories. Please state clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange, and the problem (if any) with the product. We strongly recommend that you send items using recorded post as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. Please allow 3-4 working days for your return to reach us. We will process your parcel on receipt. If exchanging please allow 3-4 working days for your parcel to reach you. If an item is damaged, then please do not sign for the item. If after opening your parcel you find there is internal damage to the items/s then this must be reported immediately for us to file or pursue a claim. Most of our products have a manufacturers 12 month warranty period unless otherwise stated in the description. We will endeavour to replace or exchange the item at your request. However, if we do not have the same product in stock then we will offer you a replacement product of equivalent value or a credit note for the value of the goods.
